Roll Model Method® With Jen Kraft
Treat yourself to 75 delicious minutes of self-massage! In this pop-up class, Jen will guide you through rolling techniques with massage balls (supplied by the studio) to identify trigger points and release the tension in your body that never seems to go away. The focus will be on typical areas of tension such as the neck, shoulders, glutes, lower back, and feet. Jen will also take requests! The class will also include breath work...discover how much deeper you can breathe once your muscles are released. Yin Yoga & meditation with Stacey Bell
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on stressing the connetive tissues in long, passive holds. Unlike more active and dynamic forms of yoga, such as Vinyasa or Ashtanga, Yin Yoga primarily involves seated and supine postures that are held for an extended period of time, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. These prolonged holds allow for a deep release of tension and promote flexibility, particularly in the connective tissues like ligaments, tendons, and fascia.
