Just as your yoga practice invites you to slow down, breathe, and return to yourself, journaling offers that same sacred space on the page. It's a practice of presence, a way to quiet the mental chatter, process what's moving through you, and reconnect with your own voice beneath the noise.

In this hands-on workshop, you'll discover the benefits of putting pen and paper through writing, how it can help to unlock creativity,support emotional processing, and set you on a path to a more intentional life. You'll experience five different journaling techniques - from free writing to prompted reflection - and explore research-backed practices that cultivate lasting well-being. Through guided exercises, you'll learn how to process challenges, clarify what matters most, and build a sustainable journaling habit that supports you both on and off the mat.
