• Two nights and three days in our Asbury Retreat house. We have 6 bedroom options, sleeping 12+ people. 

• Four 75 minute Yoga practices, two morning vinyasa flows, two afternoon Yin and restorative practices.

• Two dinners, one at a local favorite restaurant and one catered in

• Two healthy, hearty breakfasts.

• Two appetizer and tasty beverage happy hours 

• Optional strength conditioning circuit class and a sunrise beach meditation, weather permitting.

The beach is walking distance, as is town with loads of fun shopping. Our heated pool and hot tub is available between yoga sessions and after dinner. There is a lot of free time to roam and explore midday.

Parking (There is paid parking on the street) Lunch. Massages (There are two recommended spas in town. We are also happy to book an at home massage for you during our free time). 

Extracurriculars:

Bowling, miniature golf, music venues, shopping in town, surf lessons, Spa time, Float tank, Pottery making, biking through Ocean Grove tent town, or Deal mansions. 

All guests are welcome and encouraged to use the outdoor shower. There is also a powder room on the first floor.
