You’re Ready. A Deeper Dive Into the Practice Begins Here.

February 4 to May 6, 2026
Led by Jill McKeon and Stacey Bell

This 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is an invitation to come home to yourself through practice. It is designed for anyone who feels called to deepen their relationship with yoga, whether you envision teaching one day or simply want to move through life with more ease, clarity, and confidence. In a world that constantly pulls us outward, this training offers yoga as a way back into the body, the breath, and the wisdom that already lives inside you.

Through asana, philosophy, anatomy, subtle body awareness, and honest self inquiry, you will learn how to listen more deeply to yourself and to others. You will also explore the art of guiding, using your voice, and holding space, so that if you choose to teach, you do so from authenticity rather than performance. This training honors that every path is unique while providing a grounded, supportive container for both personal transformation and skillful leadership.

Led by Stacey Bell and Jill McKeon with guest teachers.
