You’re Ready. A Deeper Dive Into the Practice Begins Here.

September 16 to December 20, 2026
Led by Jill McKeon and Stacey Bell

Step into a life-changing journey that goes far beyond learning postures. This training is about discovering your voice, the one that inspires, guides, and resonates with truth. Through 200 immersive hours of study and practice, you’ll build the confidence to lead from a place of authenticity, not imitation.

Together we will explore the foundations of yoga: philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, and subtle body wisdom, while weaving in the art of storytelling, presence, and vocal empowerment. You’ll learn not just how to teach, but how to hold space so every student feels seen, supported, and inspired.

Expect to be challenged, nurtured, and transformed. From the depth of your breath to the power of your words, this training will give you the tools to teach classes that feel alive, grounded, and uniquely yours. By the end, you won’t just walk away certified, you’ll walk away with the clarity and courage to share yoga as only you can.

  • This training is for anyone who feels a quiet or not so quiet pull to go deeper into the practice, whether that leads you to teaching or simply to living with more presence and clarity.
